     I don't have the copyright to the image. I looked at copyright laws and from what I read, since it is made in the 1800s and copyright laws only protect items from 1973 or later, it is not copyrighted.

     The images can be found on various "Vintage Art" websites for download and are ranged from late 1800-early1900s.
     
     I am not a professional at copyright laws but this is what I have learned.

     If you can manage to make the original logo better that's great. I have the original image which, as I've been told by various sources, due to being created prior to 1978 is not covered under copyright laws. The source I found it at cited it as being a late 1800-1900s piece. I'll attach them to the post.
