Our clients are 1 - 2 income families. Income earners are in professionals based careers. Our value proposition includes arranging, planning and service of the loans. Mortgage Winners mission is to provide solutions for clients, while analyzing and recommending areas for short and long term growth. Our vision is to assist our clients to build wealth for themselves and their families. Primary target markets are educated professionals ages 25 - 34. Secondary market is 35 - 44. Ideal clients earn a household income of $110 000/ year or higher. First home and existing home owners.
