Please propose my company logo.

My company is startup company of web marketing in Japan. The company name is "Access Lab". This is also known as "アクセス ラボ" in Japanese.
We are supporting mid-size company as clients in order for them to boost their prospects by growth hacking.

It must has to be in VECTOR & ILLUSTRATOR format.
please make something like ,Access '+ 'Lab' = AccessLab

We need graphic+text both should be there on the design.
All creative designs are most welcome.
The winner must have to deliver all the source files like .AI file with all jpg,png which has been rated 5 stars or 4 stars.
