Contest Brief

I require a logo that can be used in print, for a website banner, signage. it is for a conference. The text is:
2013 RACMA Medical Leaders Conference
High Performance in Austere Times
4-6 September 2013
Sofitel Gold Coast
racmaconference.com.au

I require a graphic created based in the theme "high performance in austere times", that says what this is about. It needs to be set with the text as I've included above.

The conference is being held in a beach location - so therefore the colours of blue and green might be suitable, or grey / red. Colours to avoid are brown and blue - these were used last year.
