  I prefer #8 . It has potential, remember it's going to be embroidered on T shirts and so on. On the whole I like the idea, maybe we can come up with some other options?

  I like #10 . The font is OK, but it need to stand out more to reflect the upmarket brand that we are trying to market. It needs to stand out and have that WOW factor.

  Akasha should be the prominent text. St Lucia is where the property is located, so that can be smaller. Check the website for the existing logo to give you some ideas.
