Contest Brief

I run a ballroom and latin dance studio and I’m ready to launch a newsletter that turns heads the moment it lands in a parent’s inbox. This first issue will be a standalone PDF that students and families can download or print, but I’d like the file set up so future editions (most likely every two months) are easy for me to update.

Here’s the vibe I’m after: bright, bold pinks and purples; lively graphics that echo the energy of cha-chas, sambas and smooth waltzes; and copy that reads casual and fun while still reflecting the professionalism of the studio. Content for this issue will include our latest class timetable, a handful of general updates, and friendly reminders about upcoming events.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A fully-designed, print-ready PDF (A4, portrait)
• Source file in your design platform of choice so I can tweak dates or images later
• Clear text styles and colour palette noted for consistency in future releases
