Contest Brief

I am looking for someone to design a logo and business card for WiredOffshore. It's a website that allows companies to search CV's of offshore freelancers so they can contact the personnel they require. Currently not online but if you need further info please ask me.

The logo needs to be clean, simple, modern and professional and should look good on both light and dark backgrounds. Any ideas are welcome although I was thinking to have water associated with the logo/text somehow, but again up to you.

Deliverables include all original files (logo to be in vector format) and the graphic standards. No photoshop work please. I know I put InDesign on the skills, but work in Illustrator is preferred.

مرحبا يا اخى :)
هل تريد ان يكون للشركه شعار مثل من نفس جنس الاسم او الوظيفه التى تقوم بها الشركه مثل Apple , Opera , Firefox , Toyota ..etc ام تريد شعار ليس بالشرط له علاقه بالاسم او بوظيفه الشركه مثل Nike , Mercedes , Google , .. etc .. ام تريد شعار الشركه هو فى الاصل اسمها مثل Adidas , Catarbeler ؟ اجابتك ستكون مهمه لكى احدد فى اى مجال سأبدأ فى التفكير ؟!

  Sorry I don't speak Arabic (even though I reside in the UAE). But to answer your questions, I would probably prefer to have the logo in the original name, like adidas with maybe a small picture logo next to it. Either of those two.
