Logo Merge.. TWO different logos needed to be appealing together

Contest Brief
I have two different logos.
Logo one is for our SOCCER CLUB
Logo two is for our SOCCER TEAM
I need them merged together for some marketing pieces.
One would be car window decals.
The car window decals would be in full color. 5x5 inch in size.
I would want the GISA LOGO (club logo) and then the Team Logo below it (Chaos logo)
The color (red) do not match on both logos. I would need the GISA logo color altered a bit
to match the "Chaos logo"
Second would be Patches:
The patch cannot be the same design as the car decals due to the structure of how
the patch has to be created.
The patch would have to be both logos on the same line with each other
ex. CHAOS LOGO ---- GISA LOGO
Let me know what you can come up with.

The patches are custom cut. So they will be cut in the shape of the logo(s). The only problem is they need to be attached as they would be one patch so they need to be connect to keep it a 1 piece patch instead of 2 separate patches
