logo update

Contest Brief

Looking for a good graphic designer to optimize a logo.
I wish I had a nice creation from the basic logo which you will find in attachment.

Update to do:
- the green blue icon should normally show the letters. : V.M.D
this is not really respected, find a trick to highlight the letters while keeping the same display.
- Logo writing: "Valdent Medical Distribution"
the logo must display "Valdent Medical Distribution" on the same line in the same font and in bold. Add in the sub-title "Equipement" in a less bold font.

You will need the Ai, vector format etc ... Also the email signature and document header
