I just spoke to the creator of this contest and he says that Ankulina ( #10 ) thinks in the right direction!
And he also likes the design of daam ( #21 ) a bit, but it's still not exactly what he's looking for.

To make it just more clear for the non-Dutch designers: "Stichting" is not a real part of the name. The word "Stichting" means "foundation" and is only used as a prefix. So don't make it the 'main part' of the name in your logo design.
