I’m looking for a skilled, reliable, and responsible Video Editor to build a long-term working partnership with me. Please read the description carefully. I’m NOT looking for someone to complete just one project. I want to build a small video editing team where we work together, find clients, apply for projects, and complete the work as a team. ### How the collaboration will work: We will both actively look for projects and submit proposals to clients. When we win a project, we will work together and divide the workload based on our individual strengths. For example, if one of us is better at motion graphics, After Effects, or certain types of editing, that person can handle that part. If the other person is stronger in another area, we can divide that part accordingly. The goal is to work as a team, support each other, and deliver high-quality work to clients. ### What I’m looking for: * Strong experience in video editing * Professional knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects * Experience with short-form content, Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and social media content * Good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and storytelling * Reliable and responsible * Good communication and ability to meet deadlines * Interested in a long-term collaboration * Able to work independently when necessary * Willing to communicate and cooperate as a team ### AI skills are a BIG advantage I personally do not currently use AI tools in my video editing workflow. Therefore, if you have strong knowledge of AI video/editing tools and can professionally handle projects where a client specifically requests AI-generated or AI-assisted content, that would be a major advantage. However, you MUST have real video editing skills. I am specifically looking for someone whose main profession and expertise is video editing, not someone who only uses AI to create videos. ### Payment / Revenue Sharing When we win a project together, we will divide the project workload and the payment fairly between us based on the agreed arrangement. My goal is to build a trustworthy long-term partnership where we can continuously find projects, work together, share responsibilities, and grow together. If you are serious about video editing, responsible, trustworthy, motivated, and interested in building a long-term freelance partnership rather than doing only one-time jobs, I would be happy to work with you. Please include examples of your previous video editing work and briefly tell me about your experience with AI video/editing tools.
