For this specific job, I am looking for an experienced IT professional (with web development experience) that can answer/advise on a set of approx. 50 questions, related to building a quite complicated website.

I want to to build a website, but I need to understand what I need, why and how.
I am absolutely sure that these questions are too easy for an experienced professional.
To be considered, you MUST have experience so please let me know which websites you have developed and what features. I am not looking for a designer but rather an architect or someone that can tell me how my back end should be working and designed.

If you feel that your services are worth more, please do tell.

With due respect, how is this a contest? In the freelancer.com contest submission format, it is mandatory to submit the contest entry, which "must" be an image of the requirement specified by you, the client. In this case where you don't know what needs to be done, you should go for the hourly format and consult with any of us freelancers, in the freelancer.com chat window. Thanks.
