Im trying to setup Magento CE on Windows 8 Desktop.

I have installed WAMP Server 2.4 consisting of the below:

Apache - 2.4.4
PHP - 5.4.12
MySQL - 5.6.12

I launched the magento installation wizard (browser based) and entered the "Localization" details and then entered the "Configuration" details. When I press "Enter" in this "Configuration" page, it does not go to the next page and I have to wait forever.

I need this issue to be resolved and further to complete the setup and need to start using magento. Anyone who can support to resolve this and any other issues from here on to completion and guide by live-demonstrating the essential features of magento will be awarded the contest money immediately.

The early proposers have the edge and Im sure it would be a quick-kill for the right experts...

I have stumbled on such problems, most likely noyr hosting is not covering this specifications: http://magento.com/resources/system-requirements
Contact your provider and ask them to install this software on your host. If they refuse, you must go with another provider.
