Contest Brief

For one of our companies an app shall be built. The company offers a free monthly newspaper, the actual sample is here: http://issuu.com/inselzeitung/docs/iz-online-1013?e=0

The monthly newspaper shall be online in the iphone, ipad and android newspaper store. as far as we know an app for this is needed. the app should have the ability of in-app buyings, push-news and archive.

How is the newspaper designed.I mean are there any xml files linked with your newspaper which are updated everyday??Or any json files??If so i can do your job in almost 10 days,But I will be developing only an android app and not iphone app.Also i will ask only for 300$
