     Ok I will keep content open, but please refer to my recent comments. Entry #20 has basically got it almost perfect. The only thing they didn't do was incorporate a red circle or any border.

     ENTRIES ARE STILL WELCOME! But please refer to entry #20 as example as they have nearly got it perfect..
     
     If you want to beat it, then incorporate the circle or a border in some way.

     One thing,had the icons been PNG,it would have contributed to a really nice animation.But when I try to remove the white element from the image,it looks horribly wrong.

  This doesn't need to be a hard task. Use the PSD. Use mouseover colourisation. And then whomever can add a professional "fade" or similar "slide-in" effect will be the winner.

  PLEASE NOTE I'VE ADDED PSD.. This includes all individual elements so should make the job much easier and better!
