  Do have a look at the images tutorials I have uploaded to learn more about uploading themes and plugin to your wordpress website in a easy way instead of using FTP. Let me know either ways.

  Hi
  it depends on your host and managing panel.
  FTP accounts usually is created when your host was made. You can use your host account information ( User / Pass ) to login into your ftp accounts.
  Also you can use some software like CuteFTP , Filezilla whatsoever
  you need to use your domain name in the address field, and use your login host management for username and password.
  
  if your host managing system is cPanel , after loging you go directly to public_html and your webstie's files will be there. and if your managing panel is DirectAdmin you need go to under domain folder then choose your domain name and you will be able to find your files there too.
