I have a vehicle-type mobile structure ready to move from concept to production, and I need fully detailed, fabrication-ready drawings—far beyond cosmetic 3D renders. Your task is to translate my concept into shop-floor documents that a metal fabricator can follow without a single clarification call. The focus is on: • Frame and structure: complete aluminum tube chassis with exact alloy, outer diameters, wall thicknesses, weld specs, and GD&T where relevant. • Windows, doors, and other openings: precise cut-outs, reinforcement rings, seal depths, and hardware mounting points. • Mountings and reinforcements: jack brackets, corner gussets, tanks, batteries, HVAC, and appliance interfaces, all tied back to the main frame with clear load paths. I will provide the overall 3D concept, major equipment locations, and weight targets. You will produce: 1. Parametric CAD model (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) plus neutral STEP and DWG exports. 2. Dimensioned part drawings for every tube and plate, including individual cut lists. 3. Weld maps with callouts (fillet size, stitch length, sequence if critical). 4. Exploded assembly drawings showing bolt, rivet, and weld order. 5. Combined PDF drawing set suitable for print on A3/11×17. 6. A brief weight and center-of-gravity report confirming the design meets my targets. Material list ect Acceptance criteria: every drawing must carry a title block, proper units (mm), tolerances where form/fit matters, and revision control. I’ll run one review cycle; final approval hinges on passing that checklist. If you have recent experience producing trailer, camper, or specialty vehicle frames—and can demonstrate it with samples—this should be straightforward.
