Contest Brief

I’m finishing post-production on a short action film and need a gripping, tension-driven score that will keep viewers on edge from start to credits. Picture is locked; now I want original music that intensifies the high-stakes energy already on screen without overpowering dialogue or effects.

The film moves quickly, so the cues will have to track rapid cuts, sudden bursts of movement, and quieter moments of suspense. I’m open to electronic, orchestral, or a hybrid palette as long as the result feels cohesive and unmistakably tense.

Deliverables I’ll need
• Fully composed, mixed, and mastered stereo track(s) that sync perfectly to the final edit
• Separate stems (percussion, pads, melodic lines, etc.) for final mix flexibility
• A short written cue sheet noting timecodes and thematic motifs
