  It is still okay to create a character that was not my original artwork? Entry #2, #5, and #6 must have used the characters, and body parts from a webgame.

     I prefer it to be in vector format. I can also reconsider files in PSD format if the quality is really good.

     Since the design will be in vector, I don't think the resolution size would be that important. It should be able to scale to any resolution. ^^.

  The character will be for mid teen age group (14-24). I prefer a full side view.
