Contest Brief

I have a Working prototype solution for a timesheet management system.
Employees get allocated rosters, and can check their time-sheets on their mobile phones [Android, iPhone].
On the working place there is an iPad where the employees clock in clock out.
The system is accessible via web also.

Please check wireframes provided.
The web site is basically the same functionality as on phone [Android, iPhone] Please see attached wireframe, but on web format.

The selected freelancer mock up, will then go to complete full design taking in consideration given feedback and change requests.

The selected freelancer will provide PSD [Photoshop files] for the design. For this resolutions:
- iPhone retina
- iPad retina
- web

You need a UI of three platforms. I have seen the attachment and there will be like 16 to 17 mocks for this application according to wire frames you provided. How many minimum mocks should a freelancer provide you to get selected in this contest?
Do you think 2 mocks for iPhone, 1 for iPad and 1 for Web portal will be enough to judge freelancer if he is capable or not? Once he gets selected he can start working on other 12 mocks. What do you think?
