  Hello,
  Thanks for offering this contest, it's always fun and exciting to think about someone's future residence. I've uploaded my concept proposal and would like to add that the office would be the fourth bedroom or the fourth bedroom could become the office. It is proposal # 25.

  Good morning,
  I send you our proposal for your home, the building is 270 square meters and is on the ground floor in 3 blocks. The first contains the service type garage pantry and kitchen, the second, the central living area with bathrooms and stairs leading to the first floor / mezzanine, the third sleeping area with rooms for the children. The first floor / loft bed and the sleeping area personal study. The master bedroom which enjoys a particular view, is equipped with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The house faces south with a large porch and a beautiful pool partially covered. This is an initial idea, which is possible with more detailed information of your better customize to your liking.   Hello Sir,
  I just send you my project. Its a ground floor house with 270m2 and the rooms that you have requested. To do it I thought that the more important thing is the SUN, so a make an "L" project to give SUN to all the rooms of the house and to make the most of the field. About the distribution, I thought that the masterbedroom could be separated from the children bedrooms to give it more privacy. I put the studio in the middle, next to the living room. The others images that I sent you are from internet, but is the style that I am imaging for your house and the interior spaces could be more or less in that way. I hope you could undertand my ideas.   Hey, i have added my entry. I have more renders working on wich i will post shortly. The house has 245 sqm without the terrance. It has 3 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom (39 sqm) with dressing and bathroom with jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms both with their own bathroom (25 sqm). An open kitchen, living and dining area opened to the garden, technic space for central, deposit room, 1 service bathroom.
  The land is flat as you said and the materials are of your choice, i just put 2 examples in my images. I am sorry but blueprints i can only send if i win the contest. Of chourse, 1 extra bedroom can be made but the area of the house will be a bit bigger.

  What is the square footage of the potential home? How many bathrooms? Limitations or features of the environment? How many garages? Is the area subject to specific types of challenging weather (winds, flooding, snow, rain, high heat). Is the area amenable to indoor/outdoor living? What type of foundations work in the area? Is a basement required? What is the building envelope (dimensions).

     Hi, thanks for your message. The house should be ~270m2 (2900sq ft). 1bathroom and 1 ensuite for the master bedroom. The environment is a rural setting - ground is flat with some trees (trees can be removed). Double garage. Area has no challenging weather (temps are typically 5-28deg C). No snow. Indoor/outdoor flow is required. Foundation type will be concrete slab - no basement. See attached documents for dimensions.
