Contest Brief

I need a design concept for a single family luxury modern house house in the tiny island of Bahrain. Inspired by Brazilian Architecture especially Marcio Kogan from STUDIO MK 27. from his work i like the simple clean lines in Cobogo House, Ipes House, and House 6.

land size: 1165sq. mtrs
land orientation: on two roads south and west (entrance can be from either side or both)
land resitrictions: residential area zoning; 2 meter distance between boundry wall and structure for all 3 (north, west, south walls) expect east which can be directly stuck to land boarder.
elevation: 3 floor maximum height and 1 floor underground.

program components;
1 masterbedroom (2 seperate his/hers bathrooms)
3 additional bedrooms for the kids
2 servants (housemaid accomidation + external kitchen)
car garage for 4 cars
kitchen
home office
TV ROOM
living room
out door lap pool

Contest is good for small projects. but your project ( as per your requirements ) should cost like 2000$ and too much risky to work for a contest. i am also not participating.
