Project description We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to develop a modern, professional and premium advertising concept for a kitchen showroom in Switzerland. The areas to be designed are clearly marked in blue on the attached photos. Only these marked areas should be included in the design. All other windows, facade sections and architectural elements must remain unchanged. In addition, an A0 advertising poster must be created in the same visual style. Areas to be designed The blue-marked areas include: One showroom window on the front side of the building One large window or facade area on the rear side of the building One narrow facade section directly next to the large area One separate A0 poster in portrait format All elements should follow one consistent visual concept and clearly belong to the same brand identity. Design objective The final design should: look modern, premium and professional suit a high-quality kitchen and interior design showroom be clearly visible and readable from a distance place the showroom’s main logo at the centre of the design respect the existing architecture and window divisions avoid looking overcrowded or like a simple collection of brand logos Main showroom logo The showroom’s own logo must be the central and clearly dominant element of the design. It should be positioned prominently and generously across the different surfaces. The logo must not be altered, distorted or changed in proportion. Possible additional content may include: Kitchens & Bathrooms Personal consultations by appointment Telephone number Website A short premium slogan The final contact details and logo files will be provided after the project has been awarded. Partner logos The design should also include logos from selected kitchen, appliance and accessory partners. These include kitchen manufacturers, household appliance brands and suppliers of sinks, taps and kitchen technology. The exact list and logo files will be provided after the project has been awarded. The partner logos must remain clearly secondary: significantly smaller than the main showroom logo arranged in a clean and structured way preferably in one consistent logo row or a separate partner section they must not compete visually with the main logo the overall appearance must remain calm and premium Front showroom window The blue-marked window on the front side of the building should be treated as the main advertising area. Important requirements: The main logo must be immediately recognisable. The design should also be clearly visible to passing traffic. The entire glass surface does not need to be covered. Transparent or open areas are welcome. The showroom behind the glass should remain partly visible where possible. Existing window frames and divisions must be respected. Rear facade area The large blue-marked area on the rear side of the building can be designed more extensively. The main logo should also be clearly dominant here. Additional elements may include the telephone number, website, service description or a short slogan. The narrow marked section next to the main area may be used for: contact details website appointment information QR code short advertising message complementary graphic element The large and narrow sections must work together as one coherent design. A0 poster An additional A0 poster in portrait format must be created. Format: 841 × 1189 mm The poster should follow the same corporate design as the window and facade concept. Possible content: main showroom logo Kitchens & Bathrooms short service overview appointment information telephone number website QR code selected partner logos optional premium kitchen image The poster must be easy to read from several metres away. The main logo and central message should be considerably more prominent than the partner logos and secondary details. The poster should not contain too much text. Expected deliverables The project should include: At least two different design concepts Realistic photo mock-ups on all attached building images Design applied only within the blue-marked areas One A0 poster in portrait format Revisions of the selected concept based on feedback Print-ready files for window film, signage and poster production Open and fully editable source files Separate exports of all relevant design elements Colour specifications in CMYK, RGB and HEX Details of all fonts used Production layout with positions and dimensions Files both with and without bleed or crop marks Preferred file formats: Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign print-ready PDF EPS or SVG high-resolution JPG or PNG previews Technical requirements A0 poster with at least 3 mm bleed Images must have sufficient resolution for large-format printing Logos must be used as vector files All logos must retain their correct proportions No text or logos may extend across window frames or outside the marked areas Mock-ups must show realistic perspective and scale Final print files must be supplied in CMYK Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines in the final files Application requirements Please include the following in your proposal: examples of similar projects references in window graphics, facade advertising, signage or retail branding a short description of your initial design idea number of concepts included number of revision rounds included estimated turnaround time total fixed price for the complete project Experience with kitchen showrooms, interior design businesses, retail spaces or premium shopfront branding is an advantage.
