I need a fresh, modern logo that instantly communicates the energy and professionalism behind our rental property company, BriLinn INC. Apart from that single style guideline—“modern”—I’m deliberately leaving creative room for you to explore typography, iconography, and colour palettes that feel authentic to the brand. Please concentrate on clean geometry, balanced negative space, and clear readability at both large and thumbnail sizes. If you see an opportunity to work in subtle symbolism that hints at innovation or growth without cluttering the design, feel free to run with it. Deliverables • Fully editable vector file (AI/SVG) • High-resolution PNG with transparent background • PDF for print use • Font details and hex/RGB colour codes I’ll provide prompt feedback on initial concepts, iterate quickly, and sign off once the final files pass a simple test: they must look sharp on a website header, social profile, and print collateral alike.
