I need a clean, contemporary logo for my new service, Locab—an online hub that connects local taxis and private-hire operators with customers. Think Uber, Bolt or Lyft: flat, unmistakable branding that still whispers “transport” the moment you see it. Simplicity and modernity sit at the heart of this brief, but I also want a subtle visual cue—perhaps a stylised wheel, road curve or map pin—to anchor the mark in the taxi world without cluttering it. Because the logo will live everywhere—website header, paid ads, mobile app icon, even a printed door sticker—it has to stay punchy and legible at both thumbnail and billboard size. I’m open on colour; surprise me with a palette that keeps the look bold and timeless. CAN WE TRY LESS YELLOW AND BLACK - I AM LOOKING FOR A DESIGN THAT USES THE WORD LOCAB BUT ACTUALLY READS LOCAL & CAB USING 2 COLOURS ON THE ONE WORD LOCAB - SO CAN WE TRY THE LOCAL AND THEN ADDING COLOUR TO CREATE THE WORD CAB OVERLAID SO YOU SEE LOCAL AND A HINT OF CAB Deliverables • Primary horizontal and stacked logo versions • Scalable vector master (.AI or .SVG) plus high-res PNGs • Square app icon adaptation • Favicon (32 × 32) • Simple usage guide with colour values and fonts Acceptance criteria The mark must remain crisp at 24 px, hold its shape in monochrome, and reproduce cleanly on both dark and light backgrounds.
