Contest Brief

Looking for a name for a new website I have in mind. It relates to travel and providing detailed information on a variety of destinations to the traveler. People visiting the site select where they are travelling from and where they are travelling to, and they are provided with a handy snapshot of info.... whether they need a visa, whether they need a us/uk/eu style plug, any inoculations they might need, what currency they will need, is alcohol legal in that country, timezone, things they need to remember to bring etc etc.

Would like the name to be short and sweet, give a general idea of what the service provides and it needs to be easy to remember and easy to spell. I'd consider names that don't quite explain the service as well... I mean, Trivago has done quite well, and it doesn't exactly scream hotels, and Apple hasn't really got anything to do with computers! Both are short, memorable and easy to spell though.

I'm open to pretty much anything, but the only stipulation I must add, is that the name of the business (or a very close derivative of) must be available as a domain name. Needs to be .com as well. Any .org .net or .info won't do unfortunately. You can check availability on www.one.com as that's where I'll probably buy my domain. Please don't submit an entry unless you've checked it is available as a .com domain.

Thanks!

Scott

I'm also happy to go with shorter, quirky names that (although have nothing to do with travel) become synonymous with the brand over time. Like trivago, expedia, amazon, apple, moon pig etc etc. Maybe some kind of one word latin name could work. Who knows. But anyway, the main thing I'm going for is a clean name... if that makes sense?! Nothing cluttered and over complicated, so travelbot.com (just an example) works and best4travellplanzrus4you.com doesn't.

Hi guys, thanks for all the entries. After checking all the suggestions, I'm leaning towards entries that just have two words. Preferably nothing with numbers in or strange spellings/abbreviations.

So whereas easytotravel would work, if it was eazy2travel then you're going to get people typing in easytotravel.com or easy2travel.com and wondering why they can't get to the site! Needs to be real words. Thanks!
