Need to create 2 loading animations for software

Contest Brief

We have an ai company we're launching and looking to create 2 loading animations for it

We have GIF versions of both the animations but need to do something that's not video based as the load speed is way too slow

SO we're looking to recreate the 2 animations we have but do it a web based language (CSS, three js, etc) so the load speed is way faster.

We want to create duplicates of the animations but also feel free to get creative with them as well and add additional ones because if they're good we'll be happy to pay for those too :)

I've attached the 2 files to the post below - this should be a quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing
