     Hi. You have complete creative freedom. You will be the one building the site. You can use dummy text for the content. The style should compliment the logo. Please make a demo that I can have an idea of what you will creating in order to be considered.

  Does it need to be made on Wordpress? Wordpress is a CMS, it's meant to be used for blogging, using it just because it offers some tools that can be used on other kinds of websites, besides being common, is an ugly workaround.
