Contest Brief

Our client needs a new logo. The name of the company is "Pipeline Ops" - as in sales pipeline operations. The company provides revenue operations services, like sales process optimization, sales ennoblement, and marketing automation built on the HubSpot platform. They create selling systems that make sales teams more efficient, turn more leads into sales, and give executives the data they need to make decisions.

Logo Details:
The logo can be "PipelineOps" or "Pipeline Ops"
The company's color is purple - they are open to your recommendation for the purple to use. The logo could be black and purple accents or just black.
They prefer a "word mark" logo with a stylized character vs a logo with an icon to the left of it.
The logo should be on-trend with modern, fresh B2B SaaS marketing automation, sales software or marketing agency logos.

The client implements selling systems for companies to bring customers from website visitor to lead to close sales. It would be great to be able to tell they are a marketing and sales company from the logo.

The client is not a fan of the faucet icons. They like the thought and creativity, but they are a sales and marketing consulting company. They feel it is distracting from their brand.

The style should have a purpose. For instance, if you are going to add a style element or make some of the letters stand out, it should feel like it has a purpose related to the industry or what the business does.

The client indicated that they like "type-only" or "word-only" logos with the stylized element or icon build into the word/letters, rather than an icon to the left or above the words.

The client leans more toward a descriptive logo rather than a non-descriptive or abstract logo. What does this mean: https://hbr.org/2019/09/a-study-of-597-logos-shows-which-kind-is-most-effective

They don’t want this to look like something they could have strung together with a font and a vector stock image site. Please put some thought into making this look like a deliberate brand decision.
