Contest Brief

We are looking for a designer to redesign the chat interface and chat widget for our chatbot. We feel that our current designs feel a bit outdated and we are looking to refresh the designs. Redesign should make for a good user experience in the chatbot, engaging, any icons/symbols should be easily understandable.
