Contest Brief

I am a contractor to a South Pacific based telecommunications company and currently developing their Yellow Pages
This is a good client and hence a good project with possible long term implications

I have 30 pages that need to be reset and redesigned.
All of the information to be reset is available
The original design is too cluttered
I need someone with an eye for spacial arrangement and a flair for graphic design to enable the key points to stand out.
I am posting the first page up as a contest with the idea that the winner will be hired to complete the rest of the pages and possibly more work from there

Imagine yourself in an emergency and you have little to no time to read the information.
Picture how it could look so it could be quickly absorbed.
