Contest Brief

Hello, I need to design a new logo.
All of the information in the attached word file. This information will be updated as we move along. We are looking for professional work. The logo needs to be simple, yet at the same time it needs to incorporate our market representation. I am looking for the best work out there.
I am picky about the font. (it needs to be some type of custom font (I typically work with .ai and psd) and have many fonts to choose already, yet it is not good enough. I am looking for something custom outside of that. And the actual logo could indeed be the font type in combination with some artwork mortr.
