  Could you tell me that i can change banner or adjust logo for matching design ? So could i change images and keep content ?

     The logo cannot be changed, because this is what we use on all of our marketing materials.
     Other images can be changed.

  1. Do you want your site on any CMS, so that you can update anything on your site easily?
  I want a CMS that is good for SEO and I have to be able to update easily. We have Dreamweaver too so I guess it doesn't have to be CMS?
  
  2. Do you want to keep contents or want to rewrite it?
  We're keeping most of the contents as it is.
  
  3. Have you already chosen any design or template for your new website?
  No, this is what i'm after.
  
  4. Can you please provide some more details about your requirement of 'Latest News' area?
  It is an area that we want to be able to update often and will be prominent on the first page of the website. It will be somewhere for us to put our Special Offer and can be seen right away. Could be an area that we upload a jpg to and that will show there.
