This project requires an Nginx Module to be developed which will use the IP2Location (www.ip2location.com) C-Library to determine information regarding an IP address which should then be able to be set as Fast-CGI parameters.

The module must run on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and Nginx 1.4.1
