Contest Brief

For a small project I am looking for a video upscaling professional, which upscales an old black and white video clip which is in the file format .avi into a good quality. Surely a manual editing of the video is necessary! Please no automation. It is about an orchestra which has a performance. The clip is from the 1940s. Would be happy to receive offers.
