Looking to have a great sales letter written to introduce my bookkeeping business to potential clients. This letter is to consist of one page, highlighting my certifications and services, Also to offer a discount to new clients. Please see attachment for all info, this is text from a Kijiji ad posting I made, I would like it made into a letter, also make it more "personable".

There are more than 2 days still remaining for the contest to end. How can the winner be declared before the contest actually closes?

Also, I understand that it is entirely your prerogative to choose the winning entry, but you have not rated my submitted entry. Or is it that once you have decided who will win the contest (irrespective of the deadline still valid), rating the other entries is of no consequence to you? I mean, what if you had received an entry just one day before the deadline finished, and that entry actually turned out to be better than the one which you have presently declared as the "winning entry"?

Again, I reiterate that it is entirely your prerogative about choosing the winning entry. I'm not disputing that. But how about displaying a little bit of fairness towards the other people who have participated or WANT to participate in the contest but cannot do so, since you have already declared the winner before the contest itself could close?
