We are an Organic Supermarket based in New Zealand

We require a single sided full colour loyalty card artwork provided to us in editable layered Photoshop so we can do the final modifications.
All copyright is to be passed to us.

Specifications
Card Size : 86 mm x 54mm (see attached)

Side one requirements

1: Our Logo - See attached
2: Loyalty Discount Card
3: Our buy line should be on it "I'm helping to save the planet, one meal at a time, and it tastes so good!"
QR code linking to www.opl.co.nz

Image needs to be something like ORGANIC, food, landscape, pure, clean

Our company green is displayed in the logo.
