Contest Brief

I need a logo design for a bicycle and coffee shop.
we need something that will go well for signage, business cards, flyers, posters, menus and riding jerseys.

we have a design at the moment which is green and black. we would like to keep the colours to green black red and white.
I would like something to go with the image I have provided ( man on a road bike with wings)
and I want to try and keep the green 'Z'

I wouldn't mind if there was a twist of French in there, as I have a French background.
I don't really want a squarish design something more spread out length ways. easy to put on banners.
nothing to crazy for the background.
our main brand of bicycle we carry is Trek and Mocopan for coffee.
a stand out item the logo that people will remember.
Even if you could come up with a slogan
