Hello! I am a little confused with your brief. I have posted a very rough draft/outline (#1).

Could you please clear up the following details:
1) How far from the top of the bag is the oval (handle) located?
2) Could you provide your logo in vector format? (AI or EPS)
3) What is your address for the address bar?
4) Is my text correct?

Could you please look at the document I posted and let me know if I am on the right track, what to fix/keep, etc?
