Project Overview:
We are looking for a video editor to create a high-quality ministry highlight video using provided photos and video clips. This video will be used at a conference booth (looping on a screen), as well as in other ministry settings, and also as a motion background header on our website.
The video should be engaging with or without audio. You may include music, but it must still communicate clearly when muted.

Passion 4 Presence is an itinerant evangelistic ministry focused on preaching, worship, youth outreach through Anchor Point Archery, missions, and church support across Canada and internationally.

Objective:
Create a 2–4 minute video that:
- Captures attention quickly
- Represents the full scope of our ministry
- Encourages pastors and leaders to connect with us
- Works both as a standalone video AND as a looping display
- Includes segments that can be used as a website motion background

Footage Provided:
We will provide:
- Photos and video clips from:
- Preaching / church services
- Worship ministry
- Youth outreach through Anchor Point Archery
- Missions (local and international)
- Construction / church renovation work
- Travel moments
- Multiple logo versions (black + white)

Key Requirements:
1. Editing Style
- Use short clips from videos (1–5 seconds max) — do NOT use full clips
- Mix photos and video naturally
- Multiple photos on screen at once is encouraged where it enhances the visual impact (collage/split-screen style)
- Use multiple images per scene where it improves flow
- Smooth, modern transitions (clean and professional)
- Subtle motion on still images (zoom/pan encouraged)

2. Structure & Balance
The video must feel balanced across:
- Church ministry (preaching/worship)
- Anchor Point Archery outreach
- Missions work
- Construction/service projects
Avoid over-representing any one category.

3. Audio (Optional but Encouraged)
- You may include background music
- Music should be:
- Inspiring / cinematic / uplifting
- Not distracting or overly intense
- Video must still work visually if muted

4. Looping
- Should loop cleanly for booth display
- Ending should transition naturally back to the beginning (no abrupt stop)

5. Branding (Booth Version Only)
- Logo should:
- Appear small and consistently (corner watermark style)
- Appear larger at key moments throughout the video
- Website should be included periodically:

6. Website Background Version (Clean Version)
A second version of the video must be provided:
- No logos
- No website text
- No heavy text overlays
- Clean, visually smooth footage suitable for use as a website motion header

7. Text (Minimal)
- Keep text minimal overall
- Optional short phrases are acceptable if used tastefully (booth version only)
- Avoid clutter

8. Tone & Feel
- Clean, modern, professional
- Authentic ministry moments (not over-edited)
- Engaging enough to make people stop and watch

Technical Requirements:
- Format: MP4
- Resolution: 1920x1080 (Full HD) or higher
- Suitable for continuous looping playback
- Should include segments that work well as a website background (minimal text areas)

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong visual storytelling
- Experience with highlight or promo videos
- Ability to create flow from mixed media (photo + video)

Hi contest holder, I’m currently working on your video highlight reel, but I noticed the contest is set to "Image" format only. This prevents me from uploading the MP4 video files for you to review.
Could you please update the contest settings to allow Video/Media files? Alternatively, I can upload a high-quality thumbnail image for now and provide a link to view the video, but changing the format is better for a formal handover.
