I need someone with professional skills of PS to edit a picture for me.

The job is to:

1). Key the heads of my family member (5 of us) on to a cartoon picture i.e The Incredibles
2). The eye masks to be drawn in the picture as well.
3) Skin colour tone to be adjusted to make the picture looks natural
4). Hair style of my wife to be edited to that of Mrs Incredible's hairstyle
5). In short, just to make my family to be the Incredible family AND it has to look natural.

I need GUARANTEE of my job to be completed with 100% satisfaction. Don't worry , I am not that picky but i had bad experience here @ Freelancer so I just want to make sure I am happy with the work before I pay.
