Contest Brief

Looking for photoshop expect who can turn a face photo into drawing line art the same way as the android or iphone app called 魔漫相机

Please show before and after image in your entry. (Those who post something like "I can do it" will be rejected)

Winner need to deliver PDS file with actions in it that I can replay to get from before and after. I need to run those actions in batch for multiple photos.

Mobile developer who can make android or iphone app that can do this as well please drop me a note so we can start a project.

The result, only the eyes, nose, lips area need to match After.jpg hair body everything else doesn't matter.
