Contest Brief
I need a picture frame design done. The frame dimensions are 4" tall x 6" wide inside of the frame is 2" tall x 3" wide. Attached is something I want the picture frame to look like. This current file is to small for print. I need new image to be at least 300 dpi preferably more. I would need the final format to be jpeg and png. We are a bowling alley to add maybe a bowling pin in the image also. And on the bottom I want it to say From Pleasant Hill Lanes

Please check #40 the image with 500 dpi resolution ( initial processing output ) couldn't upload the rest of files with different backgrounds and finishing work ( i was late and contest have closed before I upload rest of 3).
