Contest Brief

We are looking to have 5 designs, (3 unique designs total) created for an upcoming event that we are hosting. Our theme is a combination of "Texas" and "aviation" due to our company brand logo and event location, with live music. We are looking to have the following designs created announcing the location, time, & date of the event:

-card invitations (5"x7") card stock to hand out to conference attendees (500)
-formatted email version of the invitation to be able to send to attendee list before arrival
-2 unique posters (24"x36") including the detailed time, date, location and event title for our event to put with our conference booth to advertise the event.
-1 Poster (24"x36") including event title to put outside the ballroom doors for our event welcoming guests

Our event details:
What: "Fuel Up & Rock On!" or "Fuel Up with Brandt VX"
When: Wednesday, July 26, 2023
Where: Nelson Wolff Ballroom
Time: 19:30-23:30
Who: Hosted by Brandt VX

Our band is the "Gunpowder Soup", which should be included.

We would like the two of the posters and invitation to include: "Live Music, Games, & Open Bar!" as well as the event details. The other poster to be used as a "welcome" sign.

Our company logo & colors are attached. Company logo must be included in each design. We would love to see the colors included in the designs in someway, but ultimately focusing on the "Texas" and "aviation" event themes. As for aviation, specifically the DC-3 airplane could be incorporated, as it is part of our company logo and website.

Vector graphics preferred, Photoshop acceptable if in the right dimensions.
