I need someone who can make a home page in where it will be the following icons (animated) :

- Create the project
- Create the tasks
- Create the teams
- Dashboard
- Create an exam

I need a "beautiful" home page on HTML5 and CSS3(animated) , for example:

The user should know quickly what the workflow to create a project and maintenance only enter this home.

Hello. Can you provide more information? For example (all as raw text) possible entries in the dashboard, actions performable on projects/tasks, etc.? Permissions to view projects/tasks? I'm not quite sure about what youre trying to achieve, and an understanding of the app workflow is crucial for good interface design. Thanks
