Contest Brief

I require a property folder insert designing. To get an idea of there current style please visit http://goo.gl/ODkThb for the company logo and slogan. I have also uploaded an example brochure insert so you can see a typical layout. I have also uploaded a scan of the folder that the insert will be going into. You can see the layout of the houses in Type B dwelling PDF document. You can see the text in insert.txt. Also please include our rendor (B Right Side.Jpeg)

This should ideally be a green in colour, though not as bright as the green on the folder. More like the green from the website.
