Contest Brief

We would like a recruitment advert that reflects our brand - two size options are required and the end result of the job will need to be that print ready artwork/file is available.

Company Background: Axis (axiseurope.com) is a property repairs and maintenance company, which works for corporate clients (commercial property owners, facilities management companies and housing associations) in the commercial property and social housing sectors. We are recruiting a Head of New Business to help us grow the company. We see ourselves as different to other contractors, because we are good at our primary function, which is repairing and maintaining property, but we also do a lot of work for free to benefit the communities in which we work - this includes volunteering to clean up estates, employing locally, offering paid apprentices to unemployed residents and donating money to charity.

Advert Style: We don't have any guidelines when it comes to adverts, but would like a professional corporate advert, reflective of a large organisation (not a builder). We don't want it to be heavily photo oriented or use stock images of people. If you require images for you design please ask, but I am also happy to see designs that use little to no photos.

Axis is a multi-strand maintenance business, dealing across social housing, high-end residential and commercial property sectors. We are looking for an experienced business development professional to develop and lead Axis’ growth strategy in line with the company’s Business Plan and targets. You will be proficient at managing and co-ordinating the activities of a Business Development team, have overall responsibility for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and oversee BID writing activities, from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
