Contest Brief

We are building a new website at the following location: http://www.venturelocalist.com

We want a new design for the full width graphic that appears below the main menu on the About and Contact pages. The attached file shows the graphic outlined in red.

The graphic should be:
- Sharp and clear
- Carry the theme of the website
- Have an area for a readable catch phrase. Use "Passive Real Estate Investing Can Be Simple" for your concept. Font should match that of the website theme (see attached Logo Identity for list of fonts)
- May have something to do with investing, real estate, or Arizona if you feel it is appropriate.
- May include the logo mark (attached)

The graphic will need to be delivered in a web ready format such as PNG as well as an editable format so we can change the catch phrase. We will require the rights to use all the graphics provided.

The winning designer will have an opportunity to do future projects for this website. I look forward to your submission.

Also, I'd like to keep the banner the full width of the page, but make it narrower if possible so it doesn't push the rest of the content down so far.

Yes, the banner can include the logo, but preferably just the logo icon or "mark"

As per my understanding, you need a banner which appears below the 'About' section with the phrase "Passive Real Estate Investing Can Be Simple" and also may include your company logo, is that right?
