Contest Brief

I need to re-design the LOGO and MASCOT of my company called TU CASA EXPRESS, we have been using this LOGO and MASCOT for 19 years and we want a new image. We want to look more modern, simple, elegant and clean but we need to keep the same red color so that our customers can identify that we are the same company with a brand new image.
What we do is lend money for mortgage so that people can buy a new house, we don´t sell houses it´s a financial institution..

I want it to look similar so that my customers can still identify our company. Our name, logo and mascot are well known so I think it would be a good idea to keep the house but redesign it, the same applies to our mascot.
