Maybe it is a good idea to clarify the system a little bit more.
HotelGuestService is not only a city-map.
The idea is when a guest checks-in his hotel he receives a free guest pass that gives access to enter all attractions & museums listed on the city-map.
See how it works on the website.

"One service/pass, access to everything in the city"

How it works:
1. Activate your guest pass at hotel desk
2. Show your pass at the door and enter without waiting
3. Only used tickets will be charged
